What is ColorCon 2027?
ColorCon 2027 is an adult coloring convention created to bring the coloring community together in person for a weekend of creativity, learning, shopping, coloring, and connection. It’s your chance to meet coloring friends, learn new techniques, discover amazing products, and celebrate everything we love about coloring!
Where is ColorCon 2027?
ColorCon will be held at the Drury Inn & Suites in Frisco, Texas.
Who can attend ColorCon?
ColorCon is an adults-only event for ages 18 and older. Whether you just bought your first set of markers or have been coloring for years, you’re welcome!
When is ColorCon 2027?
ColorCon 2027 will take place June 4–6, 2027.

What is included in my ticket?
Your ColorCon registration includes access to:

Do I need to be an experienced colorist?
Not at all! ColorCon is for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced colorists. Come ready to learn, try new things, and have fun.
What can I do after I have checked in at the registration table?
Once you’ve checked in and received your ColorCon lanyard badge, you’re free to visit the vendor fair and utilize the dedicated breakout coloring room. You can also meet your fellow attendees and content creators in our main meeting room reception!
How much are tickets?
Regular admission is $120. Early Bird tickets are 20% off at $96 for a limited time. Applicable taxes and ticketing fees are additional.
Will there be an official schedule?
Yes! The official schedule will include workshop times, speaker sessions, Vendor Fair hours, dedicated breakout coloring room hours, and other scheduled ColorCon activities.
The complete schedule will be released closer to the event.
What time does registration open for ColorCon?
Tentatively, registration opens at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 4, 2027. Official ColorCon 2027 schedule will be emailed to all participant as the event draws closer.
Do I need to bring my own markers?
Yes! ColorCon is BYOM — Bring Your Own Mediums!
Bring the alchohol markers, colored pencils, gel pens, acrylics, or other coloring mediums you enjoy using. You will also need to bring a favorite coloring book, including any color by number (CBN) book you love.
Individual Workshop Leaders may also recommend particular supplies for their sessions. Be sure to check the Workshop tab above before you close your suitcase and head to ColorCon 2027!
Will supplies be provided during workshops?
Some Workshop Leaders may provide materials or samples for their individual sessions, but unless a workshop description specifically says supplies are provided, plan to bring your own mediums.
Will there be workshops?
Absolutely! ColorCon will feature interactive workshops covering coloring techniques, creative skills, mediums, community topics, and more.
And here's the best part: you don't have to choose between them! You’ll have the opportunity to attend every workshop—unless you decide you want to skip one!
Can I bring my children?
ColorCon 2027 is an adults-only event for guests 18 and older. Please make childcare arrangements before attending, as children will not be admitted to ColorCon activities.
What if I'm coming alone?
Come anyway! One of the biggest reasons ColorCon exists is to bring people together.
The workshops, Vendor Fair, and dedicated breakout coloring room will give you plenty of opportunities to meet other people who love coloring as much as you do.
You may arrive without knowing anyone in person, but we hope you leave with some wonderful new coloring friends.
Can my spouse, partner, friend, or family member come with me?
Absolutely—as long as they are 18 or older and have their own ColorCon registration. Everyone participating in ColorCon activities must have a valid ticket and lanyard badge.
Do I have to stay at the Drury Inn & Suites?
No. You may stay wherever works best for you. Staying at the host hotel, however, can make getting to and from ColorCon activities much more convenient. We also have a block of rooms reserved at a discount price.
Is the hotel included in my ticket price?
No. Hotel accommodations are not included with your ColorCon registration. Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodations.
Is ColorCon just for people from TikTok?
Not at all! ColorCon is for the entire coloring community.
Whether you’re active on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, another platform, or you simply enjoy coloring without posting online, you belong at ColorCon.
Can I take pictures and videos?
Personal photos and videos are welcome where permitted. Please be respectful of other attendees, Workshop Leaders, speakers, and vendors who may not wish to be photographed or recorded. Certain sessions may also have photography or recording restrictions.
Can I livestream during ColorCon?
Livestreaming guidelines will be provided before the convention. Some activities may allow livestreaming while others may have restrictions. Please follow any instructions provided by ColorCon staff, speakers, Workshop Leaders, or vendors.
Is ColorCon accessible?
We want ColorCon to be a welcoming event. If you require an accommodation, please contact the ColorCon team in advance so we can discuss your needs and available options.

What should I wear?
Whatever makes you comfortable! You’ll be coloring, attending workshops and speaker sessions, shopping, and socializing throughout the weekend, so comfortable clothing and shoes are a great idea.
If we announce any special themes or activities, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
One Last Thing...
You don't need the fanciest supplies.
You don't need to be an expert colorist.
And you definitely don't need to already know everyone.
Bring your favorite mediums, your creativity, and yourself.
Come ready to learn something new, shop, color, laugh, make new friends, and spend a weekend with people who understand exactly why you need just one more marker set.

Yes. Because ColorCon is a live event, speakers, Workshop Leaders, activities, times, and other programming may occasionally need to change. We’ll communicate important updates as soon as possible.
